As Glance scales in Japan, we're looking for a Senior Market Product Manager to be the voice of the Japanese consumer inside our product organisation. You'll own parts of the Japan product roadmap — shaping what we build, how we localise it, and how we launch it across our Mobile and connected-TV surfaces. You'll also set the experience bar for Japan, overseeing and commissioning the UX research and design that keep our product grounded in real user needs. This role blends deep consumer empathy with sharp execution, working closely with global product, design, and engineering in Bangalore while owning the market perspective in Tokyo.

• Experience as a market or regional PM localising a global product for Japan
• Background in mobile consumer apps at scale, ideally with a commerce or content component
• Familiarity with UX research methods and working alongside design and research teams
• Comfort operating as the local market owner while collaborating with a distributed HQ team
