Traffic Control Dispatcher

• →Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites
• →Manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps
• →Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day
• →Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently
• →Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly
• →Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage
• →Support operations and improve workflow processes

• Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systems
• SiteDocs experience is an asset
• Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions

• Fast paced and high-volume operations
• Based out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guarantee
• Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
• $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
