Collins Aerospace, the global leader in aerospace interior products, is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development, to drive strategic sales for our Executive Seating portfolio. This role will support sales to global business jet OEMs, VVIP aircraft completion centers, and airlines, with a strong emphasis on cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, compiling business plans, and cross-functional coordination to drive profitable sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Coordinate customer-facing activity across internal functions

Monitor peer activity and develop appropriate response strategies

Create go-to-market plans and capture strategies for targeted campaigns

Analyze bid opportunities, develop proposals, and compile business cases for internal approval of such proposals, in collaboration with Engineering, Programs, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Contracts

Lead sales campaigns focused on maximizing both company and customer value
- →
Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- →
Serve as the primary link between customers and Engineering/Programs during product development efforts

Partner with Contracts and Programs to ensure high customer satisfaction in conjunction with business success throughout and after program award

Perform other related duties as assigned
