Requirements
~2 min read- Completion of REPM Production Readiness (Gate D) for all model‑based engineering tools, including full maturity assessments, gap identification, closure plans, and validation that tools meet production requirements for MB‑DMI deployment.
- Updated and standardized Engineering workflows, methods, and usage conventions for model‑based tools across both development and production part definition.
- Help‑desk support structure with defined SLAs, triage processes, and escalation paths.
- Engineering Standard Work & Training for creation, validation, and consumption of digital product definition using MB‑DMI tools.
- Tool specification documents, deployment playbooks, and sustainment plans for scalable software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- 8+ years of engineering experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related engineering experience.
- Experience with Model‑Based Enterprise, Model‑Based Definition, Model‑Based Manufacturing, and Model‑Based Inspection principles.
- Experience with PLM, CAD, CAM, CAI, and MES systems (NX, Teamcenter, Teamcenter Manufacturing, Teamcenter Quality).
- Experience maturing engineering software to meet QMS and operational requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with neutral model formats (STEP, QIF, JT, etc.) and their consumption by downstream systems.
- Experience supporting multi‑disciplinary engineering and manufacturing workflows.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Teamcenter Manufacturing, Teamcenter Quality, Solumina/iBase‑t, SAP, or enterprise CAI platforms.
- Experience in Agile development or tool deployment frameworks.
- Experience providing support or help‑desk operations for engineering tools.
