Requirements

Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Familiar with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards
Read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.
Have a fundamental knowledge of SPC controls with the ability to implement SPC control plans on existing equipment and new equipment installations.
Able to document work and provide detailed pass down.
Ability to pull and analyze tool date.
Experience with predictive maintenance and SPC controls using FDC software.
Knowledge of thin‑film metrology (ellipsometry, XRR, TEM, XPS, FTIR).
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and support a dynamic production setting.
Proficient use of MS Office products.
