Requirements

Experience with systems requirements, systems software, and systems hardware; experience with systems integration and/or systems test is a plus
Experience with DOORs, MBSE, and Cameo / MagicDraw
Experience in software, hardware, electrical and/or mechanical design.
Experience in requirements development, design, verification, and validation.
Experience syncing and tracing requirements between DOORs and SysML modeling tools such as Cameo / MagicDraw.
Experience managing trade studies and design decisions.
Experience effectively presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders.
Experience in all phases of development: concept, requirements, design, implementation, and test.
Experience supporting design reviews during all phases of development.
10 or more years of experience on DoD and/or space programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment.

Core Systems Engineering: Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, system trades, and system interfaces

Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Develop and maintain detailed SysML descriptive system models, linking and synchronization of requirements, and generate design documentation / views

Interface with cross functional teams, such as Electrical and Software engineering, to help guide subsystem development and ensure compliance with requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle

Frequent interface with Customer and other program stakeholders and collaborators
- →
Conduct and/or support technical peer reviews and provide constructive feedback; Document and provide technical guidance to other members of the design team

Communicate technical topics and issues in a clear and concise manner to both technical peers and non-technical team members
