Requirements
~1 min read- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience in a systems/software engineering role.
- Experience developing, decomposing, and deriving requirements.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
- AGILE Development Experience
- Python, ADA or MATLAB Simulink Experience
- Software Development or Testing Experience
- Excellent, proactive, communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Capture, analyze, decompose, and trace System requirements
- →Develop innovative design approaches that meet customer requirements, cost targets, and product line objectives.
- →Design requirements, software, and test verification, depending on program need.
- →Support teams of software and systems engineers to develop, integrate and release displays software products.
- →Interact with a cross-functional team of (including, but not limited to) Engineers, Engineering leaders, Program Managers, Finance, Quality, and Production
- →Willingness to travel (domestic and international <10%).
- →You will learn the technologies of today and tomorrow which we count on to maintain world leadership in the avionics industry.
- →You will learn all phases of the software product life cycle from requirements to verification, while employing the company software engineering processes to produce high-quality products.
- →You will learn to manage the collaboration between multi-discipline engineering teams to create total system solutions, addressing both domestic and international customer needs.
- →You will learn why people enjoy themselves and feel fulfilled by working in our industry.
