Branch Manager - Landscape Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Palo Alto, CA branch. This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of the branch, including quality, client retention, team development, business growth, operational performance, and profitability.

• →Lead the Palo Alto branch in achieving its overall objectives for quality, client retention, growth, and profitability
• →Ensure the operations team has the people, equipment, resources, and detailed budgets necessary to perform successfully
• →Personally inspect jobs to evaluate quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational plans are being effectively executed
• →Lead branch team-building, training, coaching, and employee development initiatives
• →Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, industry events, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• →Ensure customer concerns and reasonable requests are addressed quickly, professionally, and effectively
• →Communicate company goals and departmental objectives throughout the branch and ensure teams are aligned and working together
• →Develop strong bench strength within field and management teams to support current operations and future growth
• →Identify and develop internal talent, with promotion from within preferred whenever possible
• →Partner closely with the Business Developer to identify new opportunities and drive market growth
• →Develop and execute appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for branch operations
• →Hold teams accountable for achieving operational, financial, customer service, and employee-development goals

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of landscape industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Extensive experience in client relationship management and problem resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of branch operations, budgets, profitability, and growth
