Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Monitor patient vital signs using telemetry equipment
- →Identify and report abnormalities in telemetry data to healthcare professionals
- →Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure appropriate patient care interventions
- →Maintain telemetry equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- →Document relevant patient data and telemetry observations
- →Participate in training sessions to remain updated with telemetry technology
Requirements
~1 min read- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Successful completion of Basic Dysrhythmia Course Preferred
- less than 1 year Entry-level experience in medical technology Preferred
- 1-3 years Experience in telemetry or patient monitoring Preferred
- less than 1 year Experience in a healthcare setting Preferred

Telemetry Technician will monitor and be responsible for a ratio of no more than 1:44 patients. Must have successfully completed the Basic Dysrhythmia Course within 12 weeks of hire.
