As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our legal team on a variety of projects supporting the company's business operations, regulatory compliance, contract management, and litigation activities. This internship provides valuable exposure to corporate legal practices while helping you build skills that will support your future legal career.

• →Conduct legal research and summarize findings on various legal and regulatory topics.
• →Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• →Support the legal team with litigation management, discovery requests, and document preparation.
• →Review and analyze legal and regulatory developments impacting the insurance industry.
• →Assist with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• →Organize and maintain legal records and documentation.
• →Collaborate with attorneys and business partners across multiple departments.
• →Participate in special legal projects and other duties as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program with completion of at least one year of legal studies preferred.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate, business, or insurance law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
