1st Shift General Labor/ Production Worker

• →Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.
• →Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.
• →Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.
• →Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
• →Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.
• →Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
• →Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
• →Support the production team with additional duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
