Responsibilities

→Overall responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the Maintenance Department, including leading, motivating, and developing the team
→Ensuring the technical availability and reliability of all production equipment by analyzing and reducing downtime
→Developing, implementing, and optimizing sustainable preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies and concepts
→Driving continuous improvement of processes, equipment availability, and operational efficiency
→Planning and managing maintenance and capital investment projects, while working closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards

Completed technical training or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, combined with several years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven leadership experience, combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
High level of technical expertise and affinity, along with strong organizational skills
Specific experience with extrusion equipment, blow molding machines, and blow molding technologies

The pay range for this position is €61,000.00 - €103,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between0.00 to0.00 annually. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
