It is advantageous to be certified for Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a related role is preferred Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software. Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities are required. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
