About the Role
~1 min readAs our In-house Project Architect, you will lead the design and planning of a new warehouse with integrated office space at our logistics site in Rosówek, Poland.
You will be responsible for developing the project from the initial concept through to the complete construction documentation, ensuring that the building meets operational, technical and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Management Board, operational teams and external engineering consultants, you will help create a functional and efficient facility that supports our company's continued growth.

Develop the architectural concept for a new warehouse and office building.
Design functional warehouse, office, social and circulation areas tailored to our operational needs.
Prepare architectural and technical documentation for the investment.
Coordinate all engineering disciplines, including structural, MEP, HVAC and fire protection.
Collaborate with external consultants, engineers, surveyors and specialists.
Prepare documentation required for permits and regulatory approvals.
Liaise with public authorities and other stakeholders throughout the approval process.
Deliver complete construction documentation ready for execution by the selected construction company.
Support the tender process and evaluate contractor proposals.
Provide technical clarification to contractors during the construction phase.
Perform architectural site supervision to ensure the project is executed in accordance with the approved design.
Report project progress directly to the Management Board.
Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect with the right to independently sign architectural projects (or equivalent qualification recognized in Poland).
Several years of experience in designing industrial, warehouse or logistics facilities.
Experience managing projects from concept through construction documentation.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and permitting procedures.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or similar design software.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to work on-site in Rosówek on a regular basis.
Full-time employment under an employment contract.
