We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be focusing on cost optimization and minimizing delays in our supply chain processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.

• Experience working with freight forwarders and carriers.

• Knowledge of international transport processes.

• Experience in organizing road transport.

• Experience in coordinating a vehicle fleet.

• Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems.

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel – a must.

Category B driving license – a must.

Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding.

Excellent work organization and ability to set priorities.

Ability to react quickly to unforeseen situations.

Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Ability to work under time pressure.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments and external partners.

Analytical approach to problems and ability to draw conclusions from data.
