Accounts Payables Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and values-driven Accounts Payables Supervisor to lead our accounts payable functions:

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring all payment requests include a verified "three-way match" (Purchase Order, Invoice, and Receiving Report) before processing.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, check payment reports, and city ledger postings. Ensure all financial data is accurate and submitted according to month-end deadlines.
• Lead the monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and individual supplier balances; meet with purveyors regularly to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the end-to-end check disbursement process, including logging, monitoring, and following up on required signatures to ensure timely payments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for other departments to streamline paperwork flow and ensure the Payables department has the necessary documentation to operate efficiently.
