HR202: Associate Director, Audit | Bermuda

Our client, a leading professional services firm based in Bermuda, is seeking applications for the position of Associate Director. This opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established firm known for delivering high-quality professional services while working with a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
• Review audit work and financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Manage, mentor, and develop audit managers, seniors, and junior staff
• Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals
• Ensure audits are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards
• Liaise with regulators and other external stakeholders as required

• Professionally qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 10+ years' external audit experience, with significant experience at Manager or Senior Manager level
• London market and Lloyd's experience is required
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS for P&C and Life re/insurance companies
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities for Business Development
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
