What You'll Do

Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs
Create exceptional experiences that encourage long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Follow North Carolina licensure requirements, spa policies, and Hand & Stone protocols
Maintain professional and clean treatment rooms and common areas
Collaborate with Spa Associates, Estheticians, fellow Massage Therapists, and spa leadership
Deliver safe, professional, and results-oriented services

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License
Ability to maintain massage therapy liability insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for wellness, learning, and helping others
Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
