About the Role

4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
