Warehousing Internship (Harare or Ruwa) Key Learning Areas Stock receiving and dispatch procedures Inventory control and stock management Warehouse organization and housekeeping Stock counting and reconciliation Goods handling and storage practices Warehouse documentation and reporting 2. Quotations Internship (Harare) Key Learning Areas Preparation of customer quotations Product pricing and costing processes Customer service and sales support Processing inquiries and requests for quotations Record management and filing Use of business systems and administrative tools 3. Retail Internship / Shop Assistant (Mutare & Masvingo) Key Learning Areas Customer service and sales techniques Product merchandising and display Point-of-sale operations Stock replenishment and stock control Store administration Building product knowledge within the hardware industry 4. Engineering Internships (Ruwa Branch) Production Engineering Production planning and monitoring Quality control processes Manufacturing operations Process improvement and efficiency analysis Production reporting Mechanical Engineering Equipment maintenance and inspection Preventative maintenance systems Mechanical troubleshooting Workshop operations Maintenance record keeping Electrical Engineering Electrical installations and maintenance Equipment troubleshooting Electrical system inspections Compliance with safety standards Technical reporting and documentation Requirements Currently enrolled in a Zimbabwean university degree programme and must be enrolled for the duration of the internship. Students studying disciplines relevant to the selected department are encouraged to apply. Mandatory reference letter from the university. Additional references from previous work experience are an added advantage. Must possess an active Stanbic Bank account (ZWG or USD). Candidates with existing ZWG accounts are eligible to apply. The company may assist successful candidates in opening a USD account where necessary prior to commencement of the internship. Basic computer literacy. Good communication skills. Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. Punctual, dependable, and professional in conduct. Must be available for a minimum of six months. Must be available to commence internship on 1 October 2026.
