About the Role Our Client, a Tier 2 supplier for HMMA located in Alabama, is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist (Inventory Controller) in Luverne, AL. This is a full-time role responsible for inventory control and quality control (QC) within a manufacturing environment. Requirements Responsibilities Oversee organization and management of inventory processes Inspect levels of supplies and raw materials to identify shortages Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels and avoid shortages or excess surplus Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Determine required resources, including workforce and raw materials Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases Ensure output meets quality standards Report stock levels, issues, and recommendations to upper management Opportunity to grow into a management role Qualifications Associate degree Bilingual in English and Korean Previous experience in manufacturing (preferred) Valid driver’s license Must be located in or able to relocate to Luverne, AL 36049 before starting work (Required) Benefits Compensation Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience) Benefits Visa/Green Card sponsorship Competitive pay and opportunities for growth Paid time off, holidays, and benefits eligibility after probation Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Relocation assistance A workplace that values both structure and peoplev
