(Korean Bilingual) Warehouse Operations Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track raw materials and finished goods. Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Stay up to date with industry trends, warehouse technology advancements, and best practices. Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy. Qualifications: Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent warehouse experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required.
