PRN Home Care RN/LPN

As an In-Home RN/LPN, you'll participate in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled nursing services while providing teaching and nursing visits that help ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities include:

• →Performs client visits as needed with authorization by the Division of Senior and Disability Services, as well as reassessment visits for In-Home Services and Advanced Personal Care (APC) clients.
• →Weekly medication setup
• →Monthly diabetic nail care
• →General health evaluations
• →Skin assessments
• →Nursing assessments

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience within the last three (3) years
• Six (6) months of experience with Medicaid In-Home Services nursing preferred
• Geriatric nursing experience is helpful
