Sports Technology Analyst

Contract: Consultant

Hours: Flexible Shifts (includes daytime shifts, weekday evening and weekends)

Location: Remote Operations Centre, Mladost 4, Sofia

Fee: 80 EUR / shift

We’re looking for a Sports Technology Analyst to join our Sofia Remote Operations Centre. You’ll work with a global team supporting technology used across major sporting events. Your role will include data processing, quality control and system monitoring to help ensure successful event delivery.

Hours are flexible and based on event schedules, with 8-hour shifts covering weekdays, evenings and weekends. Shifts are planned around event schedules, availability and skillset. Consultants are expected to be available for at least 4 days per week.

  Before, during and after events: Carry out checks to make sure systems and data are ready and working as expected

  Monitor live data: Keep an eye on data quality during live sporting events and spot anything that doesn’t look right

  Investigate and fix issues: Identify, investigate and resolve data issues or anomalies using Hawk-Eye tools and software

  Process and deliver data: Process and export data for storage and distribution

  Complete post-match reports: Prepare reports for client delivery after events

  Spot opportunities to improve: Analyse data and identify ways to improve quality and efficiency.

• A strong technical mindset and confidence working with data and technology

• Flexibility is essential, with regular evening and weekend shifts based on the global sporting calendar

• Experience with video editing or working with video content would also be an advantage

• Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to collaborate with Hawk-Eye colleagues around the world

• A passion for sport, in particular Football, Baseball and Basketball
