Job Title: Full Stack Engineering Leader

The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineering Leader to guide a talented team of 5-10 engineers. This is a hands-on role for a technical leader who is passionate about building high-quality software and fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
The ideal candidate is someone who can architect robust solutions, write clean code, and inspire their team to do the same. You will be responsible for the technical direction and delivery of key product features, working across a diverse and exciting tech stack that includes multiple cloud platforms and advanced AI services.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a small, agile team of full-stack engineers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and innovation.
Hands-On Development: Be an active, hands-on contributor to the codebase. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable applications using NodeJS, MongoDB, and VueJS.
Technical Architecture: Drive the technical vision and architectural decisions for your team's projects. Ensure solutions are well-engineered, maintainable, and align with company goals.
Cloud & DevOps: Oversee the deployment and management of applications using Docker and Kubernetes across a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
AI Integration: Lead the integration and utilization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI services, including Azure OpenAI and GCP Vertex AI, to build intelligent product features.
Project Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project roadmaps, set realistic timelines, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing a team of engineers.
Expertise in the MEAN/MEVN Stack:
Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js and its frameworks (e.g., Express, Fastify).
Database: Deep knowledge of MongoDB or IBM Cloudant/CouchDB (data modeling, performance tuning).
Frontend: Solid experience with Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework (like React or Angular).
DevOps & Cloud Native:
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
Proven experience working in a multi-cloud environment: AWS, Azure, and/or IBM Cloud.
AI & LLM Experience:
Demonstrable experience integrating with AI/ML services, specifically Azure OpenAI Services and/or GCP Vertex AI.
A solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
