As a Qualitative Curriculum Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of our curriculum in preparing healthcare professionals for their roles. You will be responsible for evaluating the quality and impact of our curriculum, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for updates and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative evaluations of our curriculum to assess its effectiveness in meeting learning objectives and preparing students for their roles in the healthcare industry
- Develop evaluation plans and tools, and collect data through various methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the curriculum
- Collaborate with curriculum developers, instructors, and other stakeholders to implement changes and updates based on evaluation findings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and evaluation
- Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and faculty members
- Participate in the design and development of new curriculum initiatives and programs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of evaluation processes and results
- Provide training and support to faculty members on evaluation methods and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum evaluation, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methods and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
