Healthcare United is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians for outpatient primary care opportunities in Southbury, Naugatuck, Shelton, and Oxford, Connecticut. There are multiple openings available for physicians seeking a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity in a supportive employed practice setting. The incoming physicians will provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, treatment planning, and care coordination.
