At Unity Geriatric Associates, you will work alongside an experienced and highly collaborative team of 11 physicians and more than 30 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for older adults.

This role offers the unique opportunity to practice across multiple care settings, including:

• Outpatient office-based geriatrics

• Inpatient hospital consultative care

• Skilled nursing facility coverage

• Assisted living and long-term care settings

You’ll have the ability to build meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients and families while working within a fully integrated health system designed to support coordinated, high-quality geriatric care.
