Primary Care Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner in Shelton, Connecticut | Outpatient Float Role | 5+ Years Required

Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient primary care float opportunity based in Shelton, Connecticut. This role requires at least five years of provider experience. The ideal candidate has strong outpatient primary care experience and can work confidently across clinic needs. The incoming provider will evaluate and manage patients, deliver preventive care, treat acute and chronic conditions, support clinic coverage, and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff.
