• →Oversee website updates and routine maintenance.
• →Maintain and elevate Hendriks' social media presence.
• →Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
• →Develop new trend boards and themes for product lines.
• →Create new product samples, catalogs, tags, flyers, and marketing materials.
• →Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
• →Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
• →Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• →Coordinate cross-functionally with production, greenhouse, marketing, and sales teams.
• →Define and document clear product requirements, features, and specifications.
• →Manage the product development lifecycle, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• →Work with sales and production to translate ideas into prototypes and final products.
• →Oversee product testing and quality assurance prior to launch.
• →Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous product improvement.
• →Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales training.
• →Monitor post-launch product performance, sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and market reception.
• →Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Expert Level Required:

• Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

Working Knowledge Required:

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Acrobat, Premiere Pro
• Print Production Software: Print house printer operation programs (e.g., Fiery Command WorkStation)
• Design & AI Tools: Canva, generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney)
• Enterprise Software: ERP systems

Other Skills and Knowledge

• College/bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or relevant program required
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, graphic design and content creation
• Ability to lead the design and production of marketing materials, with a strong attention to detail and ensuring consistency with the Hendrik's brand identity
• Strong project management, prioritization and organizational abilities
• Self motivated, proactive, resourceful, and results driven
• Customer focus with strong communications skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability and interest in staying up to date with digital technology and social media trends
