Seasonal Shuttle Driver

• →Safely transport employees between designated offsite housing locations and the workplace according to established schedules and routes.
• →Ensure employees arrive at work on time for their scheduled shifts and are transported back to their housing following their shifts.
• →Follow assigned routes, schedules, pickup times, and designated pickup/drop-off locations.
• →Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety, maintenance, or mechanical concerns promptly.
• →Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• →Ensure all passengers follow applicable vehicle safety requirements, including the use of seatbelts.
• →Operate the vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• →Communicate promptly with the appropriate supervisor regarding delays, vehicle issues, accidents, route concerns, or changes affecting transportation.
• →Assist with coordinating transportation when schedules or employee needs change.
• →Ensure the vehicle is secured when not in use and keys are handled according to company procedures.
• →Complete other transportation-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• →Valid AZ/BZ Ontario driver's licence.
• →Clean and acceptable driver's abstract.
• →Previous driving experience is considered an asset.
• →Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Ability to work independently and follow established schedules and procedures.
• →Must be able to work flexible hours based on employee shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required (anticipated hours is 4-6 hours per day.
