• Physically strong and capable of safe transfers
• Experience with non-ambulatory clients and TBI care
• CPR-certified
• Knowledge of choking risks and basic safety protocols
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Reliable and professional

This role is best suited for an experienced helper who is confident with full-day care, safe transfers, and providing attentive supervision for a non-ambulatory client with complex needs.
