Responsibilities

→Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
→Provide routine structure and daily guidance
→Offer motivation and redirection when needed
→Ensure safety and supervision throughout the day
→Provide companionship and emotional support

Schedule

→Monday – Friday
→6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Full-day shifts)

Experience with early-stage dementia care
Patient, calm, and skilled in redirection techniques
Reliable and able to commit to full-day weekday shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to encourage independence while ensuring safety
