→Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
→Serve draft, canned and bottled beer according to established service standards
→Answer questions about available beer selections and make recommendations to guests
→Verify identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements
→Accurately enter orders and process guest payments through the point-of-sale system
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beer and beverage service area
→Keep beer service supplies stocked and ready throughout the shift
→Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
→Maintain clean glassware and follow proper sanitation procedures
→Occasionally clear used baskets, trays, dishes and other service items from guest tables as needed
→Wipe, sanitize and reset tables when assisting with dining room service
→Communicate and work closely with Servers, kitchen staff and leadership to support smooth service
→Follow all food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards
→Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor, Executive Chef/Owner

Requirements

→Must be at least 21 years of age
→Current New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit or ability to obtain
→New Mexico Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain
→Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with guests
→Ability to accurately handle guest orders, payments and point-of-sale transactions
→Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
→Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
→Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
→Previous beer, bar or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
