Our client, Davis Jewelers, is looking for a polished Hospitality Concierge to support their upscale, destination jewelry showroom. As their recruiting partner, we’re searching for someone who delivers remarkable customer care and excels in a refined retail atmosphere. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys fast-paced, service-driven work where attention to detail and memorable client interactions are essential.

This role is perfect for someone who can work 2-3 days a week and is available to work most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an elevated experience from the moment they enter the store.

Engage customers in thoughtful conversation while sales associates prepare to assist them.

Share helpful information about jewelry collections, store events, and general policies.

Maintain a pristine, inviting atmosphere throughout the showroom and VIP spaces.

Partner with the sales team to support client appointments, special orders, and personalized needs.

Serve as a connection point between guests and leadership to help ensure satisfaction.

Address questions, requests, and concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, or high-touch customer service; luxury background preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse, high-profile clientele.
Genuine passion for luxury service and delivering elevated guest experiences.
Ability to stay composed, organized, and proactive in a busy retail setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Availability to work Saturdays, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.
