UX Design Lead (Hybrid - Bengaluru)

Hirefly is an AI-powered platform that automates the talent sourcing process by seamlessly connecting great talent to great employers. Our vision is that every hiring manager and candidate on the planet should have their own personal AI assistant that deeply understands their goals, adapts to feedback over time, and efficiently delivers exceptional hiring outcomes. To achieve this, we need to to build AI that understands the mental models of both hiring managers and candidates.

We work with a variety of paid customers ranging from seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies such as Lyft and Indeed. We are disrupting an enormous market - there are over 150 staffing agencies in the US generating $100M+ in annual revenue. We raised $6.5M from top-tier investors and angels and have built out a stellar founding team. Our team is driven and nimble, possessing strong technical and business backgrounds from Google, Asana, Lyft, Meta, Amazon, Quora, and Harvard Business School.

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup with product market fit yet with tremendous ownership potential. You'll get to own all aspects of our user experience and brand, including our employer-facing experiences, our candidate-facing experiences, and our internal tools - across web and mobile. While this role is an IC role, the right candidate will have the opportunity to build out a design team as our company grows. 

• →Design core user experiences for employers and candidates, owning the design process from concept to launch
• →Conduct user research and uncover customer pain points in collaboration with Product and Business functions
• →Publish brand assets and implement consistent design language across all external experiences
• →Uphold high standards for design and product quality across all our functions 

• 5+ years of experience designing web/mobile products (open to both consumer and enterprise product backgrounds)
• Full-stack design chops including UX research, product strategy, experience design, and visual design 
• Iterative mindset to rapidly launch products and learn from customer feedback 
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate and evangelize design decisions across the company 
• Diverse design portfolio showcasing multiple projects with holistic design thinking that delivered meaningful business impact
