• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of all technology-specific construction documents, including Responsibility Matrix, Work Plan, Interface Matrix, Procedures, Protocols, Risk Assessments, Handover Documents, and other related deliverables, in compliance with project and category requirements.
• Ensure quality of construction works by verifying compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project plans, and promptly address any deviations.
• Support material receipt, inspection, storage, and handover activities to ensure availability and proper control of project materials.
• Maintain accurate site records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to support effective project monitoring and control.
• Ensure continuous updating of work progress tracking tools and all construction records required by the Construction Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements for all deliverables, promptly identify and report any actual or potential non-compliance, and implement corrective, mitigation, and preventive action plans.
• Generate value by reviewing constructability and lessons learned and applying good engineering practices and expert judgement.
• Ensure regular monitoring of contractor performance to achieve scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements as per project objectives.
