We are looking for a Senior Technical BrSE (in Hiroshima, Japan) with a strong technical background and solid upstream development experience. The role will work directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirements, lead technical discussions, and bridge customer needs with the engineering team.

  Bridge Japanese customers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  Lead technical discussions and requirement clarification with Japanese customers.

• →

  Translate business needs into feasible technical requirements.

• →

  Drive upstream activities, including requirement analysis, basic or high-level design, and technical documentation.

  Propose solutions across AWS/cloud, data platforms, system architecture, and integration.

  Identify technical risks and proactively drive solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.

• Japanese proficiency: Business level or above.

• Vietnamese proficiency: Business level or above.

• 6+ years of experience in software/system engineering or Technical BrSE roles.

• Have upstream experience in requirement analysis or clarification, high-level/basic design, and technical documentation.

• Good understanding of cloud-based systems (AWS), data management/data platforms, and system architecture.

• Ability to independently lead technical discussions with Japanese customers.

• Able to work onsite in Hiroshima, Japan

• Experience with AI/data utilization or Energy/Utility systems would be a plus.
