Senior Technical BrSE/Japanese Speaking Software Engineer (in Kyushu, Japan)

We are looking for a Senior Technical BrSE / Japanese Speaking Software Engineer with a solid software development background to work onsite in Kyushu, Japan. The role will work directly with Japanese customers and bridge communication and technical requirements between Japan and offshore development teams.

  Lead technical discussions and requirement clarification with Japanese customers.

  Bridge technical requirements between Japanese customers and offshore development teams.

• →

  Participate across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, and delivery.

• →

  Apply AI/GenAI to improve software development activities such as coding, testing, design, and SDLC processes.

• →

  Support system migration and legacy modernization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.

• Japanese proficiency: Business level or above.

• Vietnamese proficiency: Business level or above.

• 6+ years of experience in software development, system engineering, or Technical BrSE roles.

• Solid software development background and understanding of the SDLC.

• Experience in applying AI/GenAI to software development, such as coding, testing, design, or AI-powered SDLC.

• Experience working with Japanese customers and offshore development teams.

• Able to work onsite in Kyushu, Japan

• Experience in system migration / legacy modernization is preferred.
