Master Concept, a leading technology advisor and Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the APAC region, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in cloud solutions that drive digital transformation for businesses, and we are equally dedicated to the growth of our own people.

In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our Hong Kong office, providing a full spectrum of HR and administrative support. If you are a hands-on professional with strong experience in Compensation & Benefits and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle HR Support: Manage a comprehensive range of human resources functions, including C&B administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Execute payroll calculations, MPF contributions, tax filings, leave management, and employee compensation and insurance schemes.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs and arranging interviews to preparing contracts and managing on/off-boarding processes.

  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date with current Hong Kong employment legislation and best practices.

  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, mail services, and controlling administrative expenses to align with the company budget.

  • Employee Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for employees, providing HR-related advice, organizing staff activities, and fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.

  • Data & Reporting: Draft HR data reports for cost allocation and tracking, and maintain accurate employment records and databases.

  • Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with day-to-day HR operations and contribute to special projects as assigned.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in a human resources role.

  • Education: Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Knowledge: Well-versed in Hong Kong employment laws and other statutory ordinances. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Language: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, mature, and responsible team player with a positive attitude. Highly organized, detail-minded, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
