As an Inside Sales Representative focusing on cybersecurity solutions, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to new and existing customers and driving interest in our offerings. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to effectively penetrate the market, primarily focusing on Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, with potential coverage in Taiwan and China.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.

  • Market Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute market penetration plans, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.

  • Client Engagement: Draw attention and interest from clients by effectively communicating the value of our cybersecurity offerings.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements
