Regional Service Manager

Process and monitor field warranty claims. Perform daily duties related to the Technical Service Department. Follow warranty policies and agreements consistent with Hendrickson standards. 

• Process and monitor warranty claims in a timely manner; maintain quality records detailing part numbers and type of failure and explain all denied claims.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed. 
• Support and assist with technical service and field issues with customers and all Hendrickson departments, providing appropriate information in a timely manner.
• Participate in product training sessions.
• Support customer service and sales by providing technical expertise.
• Update technical information on product specifications.
• Work and participate in calculating safety stock and inventory levels for new products, warranty, and service materials. 

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, related Mechatronics. Years of experience will be considered. 
• Bilingual (Spanish / English).

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in similar or equal position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of trailer and truck suspension parts and service.
• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Availability to travel.
