Clinical Supervisor – Urgent Recovery Center (URC)

HOPE Community Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our Urgent Recovery Center (URC), helping individuals navigate behavioral health and substance use crises while guiding a dedicated team of professionals committed to recovery and hope.

In this role, you'll provide both clinical and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to mentor staff, drive program excellence, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists and case managers.
• Provide clinical oversight, crisis intervention support, and consultation.
• Help shape a positive, recovery-focused culture that promotes dignity, respect, and hope.
• Support staff development through coaching, training, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with community partners, hospitals, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Drive quality improvement efforts and contribute to the ongoing success of a growing crisis services program.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Oklahoma behavioral health licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC)
• Supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health, crisis services, healthcare, or a related setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a passion for developing people and programs.
