Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.

We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-impact Learning & Development Program Manager to help Horizon3.ai scale through its next critical phase of growth. As we rapidly expand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people scale as effectively as our product.

In this role, you will architect and operationalize the programs that accelerate performance across the company. You will own and evolve our company-wide onboarding experience, lead and expand our H3RO manager development program, and design scalable learning strategies that increase velocity, alignment, and impact across teams.

Beyond foundational programs, you will help identify, develop, and accelerate high-potential talent through targeted development initiatives and emerging leader programs. You will partner cross-functionally to diagnose capability gaps, design high-leverage interventions, and build programs that elevate both individual performance and organizational effectiveness.

You will also partner to develop and execute our AI enablement strategy to ensure teams are not just trained on AI, but are fundamentally transformed in how they operate, make decisions, and compete.

This role requires someone who is equal parts strategist, builder, and operator: someone who can design high-impact programs from first principles, facilitate with credibility, and continuously iterate based on data and feedback. You won’t just run programs—you’ll shape how Horizon3.ai learns, grows, and wins at scale.

  • Owning and scaling the onboarding experience, serving as the primary facilitator, to reduce time-to-productivity and ensure new hires ramp quickly in a complex, technical environment.

  • Leading and evolving the H3RO manager development program, strengthening manager capability in coaching, performance management, and team leadership.

  • Building and launching high-potential and emerging leader programs to accelerate development, strengthen bench depth, and support internal mobility.

  • Shaping and driving the company’s AI enablement strategy, moving beyond training to embed AI into core workflows—equipping teams to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and materially increase productivity and output quality.

  • Developing scalable program infrastructure using AI (curriculum, playbooks, facilitation models, systems) that supports rapid growth while maintaining consistency and rigor.

  • Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and performance barriers, translating them into focused development solutions tied to business outcomes.

  • Facilitating learning experiences that resonate across levels, from new hires to senior leaders, building credibility and driving adoption.

  • Defining success metrics and continuously refine programs, using data and feedback to improve effectiveness and align with company priorities.

  • 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • Deep expertise in AI and automation, including building workflows, leveraging AI tools, and developing lightweight systems or agents to scale learning, productivity, and internal operations. You know how to move beyond theory and embed AI into how work actually gets done.

  • Proven ability to design from first principles and operationalize at scale—you build programs and systems that drive measurable performance outcomes.

  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence, with experience leading sessions for diverse audiences, including senior leaders and technical teams.

  • Experience developing managers and leaders, with a clear point of view on what drives effective leadership and team performance.

  • Track record of building onboarding and/or high-potential talent programs that improve ramp time, retention, and internal mobility.

  • Analytical and outcomes-driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics and using data to continuously improve programs.

  • Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills, with the ability to diagnose business needs and translate them into actionable development solutions.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid growth, with a bias toward action and iteration.

  • Alignment with Horizon3.ai’s culture—ownership, curiosity, low ego, and a drive to solve meaningful problems as a team.

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 10% of travel to be successful. We encourage our people partners to join the departments they support at things like leadership development programs, company-kick off, etc.
