Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

We're looking for a Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You're analytical, people-savvy, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels.

• →Own the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation
• →Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements
• →Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage
• →Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies
• →Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows
• →Lead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams 
• →Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes
• →Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
• →Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• →Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
• English B2 or above
