The Commercial Security Technician performs service and installations of commercial security including access control, video surveillance, security, and networking.

Responsibilities

→Service and Install commercial security systems, including existing system upgrades and additions, while demonstrating complete understanding of the use and function of all required personal protective equipment.
→Install cabinets, cameras, and radios as required.
→Install conduit and underground cabling to support system installations.
→Installations require knowledge and ability to understand and explain:
→Testing system components.
→Attend classroom and field training as required.
→Work on an on-call schedule rotation.
→Other duties as assigned.
