Responsibilities

→Lead monthly 1:1 financial strategy calls with clients
→Analyze financial statements, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow
→Build and interpret financial dashboards
→Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and identify risks
→Turn financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
→Coach clients toward stronger financial habits and accountability

Controller or senior-level accounting/finance experience
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience
Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses
Experience managing teams or client relationships
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financials simply
Small business or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred
Professional services or law firm experience is a plus

Some evening availability and travel required.
