• Completed and graduated within the last 1 year with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree - or will be completing in 2026.  Minimum Credit average.  If you have completed your Master’s degree, there must be no more than 1 year gap between Bachelors and Masters Degrees. 
• Have a broad knowledge and passion for the IT industry
• Are a well-rounded candidate with the interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner with others under time constraints to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Are an Australian Citizen at the time of application and willing to obtain security clearance if required.

• Operating and Software systems as such Linux
• Artificial Intelligence with a curiosity on helping solve business problems in the areas of cognitive automation, cognitive insight and cognitive engagement.
• Industry Certifications (completion of Linux, VMware, RedHat certifications at university highly regarded)
• Storage and data management (including Lustre, Parallel File System Storage and Metadata processing)
• Emergence of Open Source software and their applications and use cases
• Curiosity or knowledge of high-speed networking and security models
• Willingness to travel when required – 20 to 40%
