- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Technical, Operations) to align procurement activities with project requirements.
- Collaborate with banks for trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
- Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, banks, and clearing agents.
Responsibilities

- →Monitor and manage the achievement of individual and team performance, ensuring accountability and consistent performance where applicable.
- →Ensure continuous training and development opportunities for self and direct reports; mentor and assist junior staff as needed.
- →Ensure Quality, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance.
- →Promote & maintain a culture of self and team motivation, engagement, and happiness.
- →Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
- →Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure reliable supply and value creation.
- →Lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, and standardization within the procurement function.
- →Assist the lead of the concerned area in decision making by providing relevant information, data, and inputs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Min. 16 years of educational degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Supply Chain-related certification is a Plus
- Preferably 5 Years or above Experience in handling Procurement & Supply Chain from a reputable organization.
