Ensure with OMCs for the timely delivery of Diesel, Oil & Lubricants.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Technical, Operations) to align procurement activities with project requirements.
Collaborate with banks for trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, banks, and clearing agents.

→Ensure effective administration and discipline for self and team, including adherence to break schedules, attendance, overtime, leave policies, and dress code standards, where applicable.
→Monitor and manage the achievement of individual and team performance, ensuring accountability and consistent performance where applicable.
→Ensure continuous training and development opportunities for self and direct reports; mentor and assist junior staff as needed.
→Ensure Quality, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance.
→Promote & maintain a culture of self and team motivation, engagement, and happiness.

→Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
→Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure reliable supply and value creation.
→Lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, and standardization within the procurement function.
→Assist the lead of the concerned area in decision making by providing relevant information, data, and inputs.
