• Risk & compliance - Strong command of credit, fraud, cybersecurity, and regulatory risk management frameworks
• Data-driven strategy - Leverages cognitive analytics and data engineering to inform decisions and product direction

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience Minimum 18 years in digital retail banking; at least 5 years in senior management
• Technical Strong command of digital banking technologies, platforms, and infrastructure
• Leadership Proven record leading large cross-functional teams across a digital bank
